Rat Removal Cost Depends on the Actual Property
There is no responsible single price that fits every Boston rat problem. A small property with localized activity is different from a multifamily building with several complaint areas, exterior burrows and multiple entry points.
Infestation Level
The amount and freshness of evidence, number of active areas and whether rats are established indoors can change the amount of control work required.
Property Size and Complexity
Large buildings, restaurants, shared basements, multifamily properties and difficult-to-access spaces can require more inspection and service time.
Indoor vs. Outdoor Rat Activity
Exterior burrows and trash-area activity present a different scope from rats moving through kitchens, walls or occupied spaces. Some properties have both.
Number of Visits
Rodent control may require monitoring and follow-up rather than a single visit. The appropriate service frequency depends on the evidence and control plan.
Rat Exclusion and Repairs
Removal and exclusion are related but separate components. A building with several vulnerable openings can require additional work beyond controlling the active rats.
Commercial and Multifamily Properties
Restaurants, managed buildings and multi-unit properties may involve shared waste areas, utility routes and coordination across larger spaces. See our commercial rat-control service.
